Hourly (Non-Binding Agreement)

Hourly rates typically apply to residential moves, but they can also apply to other moves under 40 miles unless otherwise specified by Blue Water Movers (BWM) and the customer.

  • Labor Only (2 Movers): $120 per hour

  • Labor with Transportation (2 Movers): $120 per hour

  • Additional Movers: $60 per hour per specialist

All hourly rates require a 2-hour minimum. Travel time is included, with the clock starting when our team leaves our location and ending upon their return."

Set Cost (Binding Agreement)

A fixed price is applied for specialty items or moves traveling long distances. The cost is determined in advance based on key logistics such as weight, value, and distance for specialty items.

Hourly pricing is used for long-distance deliveries. Items are weighed at an official weigh station, and proper documentation is provided during and after the move.

Final rates are determined using a standardized pay scale for each factor. Since the exact cost depends on variables like final weight, only a general estimate can be provided before the service.
